What is Kickboxing?

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, motivational workout which focuses on Martial Art moves from the Arts of Taekwon-Do & Kickboxing. You will learn how to move, kick and punch from professional Martial Artists, therefore also building your confidence and learning moves that you could use to defend yourself.

The most important thing is you will have an amazing workout in a fun atmosphere where your fitness levels will improve dramatically as well as burning fat with like minded people. Unlike a typical circuit training class where you are left to your own devices, you will be taught the correct technique by the instructor, so as to avoid injury and to help you to enjoy the experience more.

Classes are ideal for men and women beginners and those with no experience in Martial Arts, challenge yourself and come along for a fun session and great workout!
