CLASS CLOSURE
Unfortunately due to the weather the Uckfield Leisure Centre have closed the centre today (5th February) so there will be no classes. We will run a Tigers and Kids class next week (12th February) over half term to make up for the loss of class. Adults can go to Crowborough this week to make up the lost class. Apologies for the inconvenience

CHANGE TO ADULT TAEKWON-DO CLASS IN REDHILL
As from Thursday 5th January 2012 both the Monday and Thursday Adult Taekwon-Do classes will take place from 7.30pm-9pm in the Drama Studio at:

KETTLEBELL DVD
We’re pleased to announce that we have some London Kettlebell Academy DVD’s in stock from head trainer Stephen Aish. The DVD gives you lots of workouts to perform at home as well as going over specific aspects of your technique. The DVD lasts 2 hours and is just £20. Speak to us in class if you would like to order one.
